Tüm Yurtiçi 1500₺ ve üzeri siparişlerinizde kargo ücretsizdir. Yurtdışı siparişleri için kargo ücretleri ayrıca hesaplanacaktır.
Teslimat, siparişiniz onaylandıktan sonra, sitemizde yazan tahmini teslim süresinde teslim edilecektir. Bu süreler yalnızca iş günlerini kapsar.
Ürün kargoya verildikten sonra size takip numarası iletilecektir. Böylece gönderinizin durumunu her an takip edebilirsiniz. Siparişlerinizin gönderileriyle ilgili tüm sorularınız için bize hello@cacheistanbul.co adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
Kullanılmamış ve ambalajının zarar görmemiş olması şartıyla siparişinizin size ulaştığı günü takip eden 14 gün içerisinde ürünlerinizi faturanızın bir örneği ile iade edebilirsiniz.
İade işlemlerimi nasıl yapabilirim ?

Satın aldığınız ürüne herhangi bir nedenden dolayı iade işlemi yapılacak ise, İade nedenini elektronik posta ile bize bildirip onay aldıktan sonra İlgili Kargo şubesine iade adresi için bizimle mail ile iletişime geçtikten sonra teslim etmeniz gerekmektedir.

Ürün tarafımıza ulaşınca, talebiniz doğrultusunda işlemler ilerleyecektir.

Onay alınmadan yapılan iadeler kabul edilmeyecektir.

İadeler ürün siparişinden sonraki 14 gün içinde yapılabilir, ancak ürünün kullanılmamış olması gerekir.

Shipping is free for all your domestic orders. Shipping charges for overseas orders will be calculated separately.
The delivery will be delivered within the estimated delivery time written on our website, after your order has been confirmed. These periods cover working days only.
A tracking number will be sent to you after the product is shipped. So you can track the status of your shipment at any time. You can contact us at hello@cacheistanbul.co for all your questions regarding the shipment of your orders.
You can return your products with a copy of your invoice within 14 days following the day you receive your order, provided that it has not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.
How can I do my returns?
* If the product you purchased is going to be returned for any reason, you must notify us of the reason for the return by e-mail and receive approval, and then deliver it to the relevant Cargo branch after contacting us for the return address.
* When the product reaches us, the transactions will proceed in line with your request.
* Returns without approval will not be accepted.
* Returns can be made within 14 days of ordering the product, but must be unused.
