Tüm Yurtiçi 1500₺ ve üzeri siparişlerinizde kargo ücretsizdir. Yurtdışı siparişleri için kargo ücretleri ayrıca hesaplanacaktır.
Teslimat, siparişiniz onaylandıktan sonra, sitemizde yazan tahmini teslim süresinde teslim edilecektir. Bu süreler yalnızca iş günlerini kapsar.
Ürün kargoya verildikten sonra size takip numarası iletilecektir. Böylece gönderinizin durumunu her an takip edebilirsiniz. Siparişlerinizin gönderileriyle ilgili tüm sorularınız için bize hello@cacheistanbul.co adresinden ulaşabilirsiniz.
Kullanılmamış ve ambalajının zarar görmemiş olması şartıyla ürünlerinizi faturanızın bir örneği ile iade edebilirsiniz.
İade işlemlerimi nasıl yapabilirim ?

Ürünün tesliminden itibaren 14 gün içinde gerekçe göstermeden cayma bildirimi yapılabilir. Bildirimden itibaren 14 gün içinde ürün geri gönderilir.

Ürün tarafımıza ulaşınca, talebiniz doğrultusunda işlemler ilerleyecektir.

Shipping is free for all your domestic orders. Shipping charges for overseas orders will be calculated separately.
The delivery will be delivered within the estimated delivery time written on our website, after your order has been confirmed. These periods cover working days only.
A tracking number will be sent to you after the product is shipped. So you can track the status of your shipment at any time. You can contact us at hello@cacheistanbul.co for all your questions regarding the shipment of your orders.
You can return your products with a copy of your invoice, provided that it has not been used and the packaging has not been damaged.
How can I do my returns?
You may notify us of your withdrawal within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The product must be sent back within 14 days of that notification.
* When the product reaches us, the transactions will proceed in line with your request.
